Position Overview – Customer Service Representative Administrator (Remote – USA)

arenaflex’s Recovery Operations Division (formerly known as MVRecovery) is a fast‑growing, full‑service unit that connects lenders, repossession agents, and field teams to accelerate compliant asset recoveries. We are seeking a detail‑oriented, customer‑focused professional to join our remote team as a Customer Service Representative (CSR) Administrator. In this role, you will be the central hub for account organization, field‑agent coordination, and client communication, ensuring that each recovery case proceeds smoothly from intake to resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Maintain a clean, up‑to‑date repository of all recovery accounts, ensuring each case is accurately logged, prioritized, and assigned.
  • Field Agent Coordination: Match every active account with an appropriate field agent, monitor progress, and reassign cases when workload balances shift.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates, gathering additional information, and escalating critical issues to supervisors.
  • Data Entry & Integrity: Input new client data, collateral details, and status changes into arenaflex’s proprietary recovery platform with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Escalation Management: Identify and flag any account anomalies, compliance concerns, or client‑requested escalations, ensuring swift resolution.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Skip‑Tracing, Forwarding, and Impound teams to streamline handoffs and reduce cycle times.
  • Reporting: Generate daily and weekly performance reports that highlight key metrics such as assignment turnaround, recovery rates, and client satisfaction scores.
  • Continuous Improvement: Suggest process enhancements, automation opportunities, and best‑practice guidelines to improve overall recovery efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree or higher is a plus).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field, preferably within collections, asset recovery, or skip‑tracing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
