Lee Hecht Harrison Recruitment Solutions (LHH) is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Remote Recruiter job. You will work from home using company-provided equipment. To qualify, you must have at least 7 years of recent, relevant experience and you must have significant previous experience recruiting Technical Sales professionals. You will earn an annual salary between $90,000 and... $95,000 and you will be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below). Responsibilities: • Full-cycle recruiting and onboarding • Posting jobs on online job boards, professional groups, etc. • Sourcing and interviewing candidates • Making candidate recommendations to hiring managers • Negotiating job offers and sending offer letters • Conducting reference checks and all other pre-employment compliance items • Assisting with onboarding new employees • All other related tasks as required Qualifications: • At least 7 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar recruiting role • Significant previous experience recruiting Technical Sales professionals REQUIRED (ex: persons selling equipment in manufacturing/aerospace/industrial HVAC industries) • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Excellent attention to detail • Excellent negotiation skills • Previous experience with Paylocity preferred Schedule: • Monday - Friday • 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM in your local time zone Compensation: • Annual salary between $90,000 and $95,000 • Unlimited PTO policy • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Flexible spending accounts • Life and disability insurance • Employee Assistance Program • Additional voluntary benefits If you think your skillset makes you the best candidate for this Remote Recruiter then apply NOW!
