[Remote] Regional Sales Director
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. voAIce is the modern operating system for auto and RV dealerships, designed to streamline operations through a single intelligent system. They are seeking a high-energy, results-driven Regional Sales Director to drive new business growth within the Recreational Vehicle sectors, primarily through phone-based sales and occasional in-person meetings.
Responsibilities
- Generate new rooftop sales through outbound prospecting, inbound follow-up, and strategic account targeting
- Conduct product demos via phone and video conference; occasional on-site visits for key accounts or events
- Manage a full sales cycle from prospecting to close with support from our sales development and onboarding teams
- Hit and exceed monthly sales goals and contribute to quarterly growth targets
- Log all activity and pipeline details in HubSpot CRM
- Stay informed about industry trends in both the auto and RV spaces to effectively communicate value
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless handoff and customer satisfaction
Skills
- 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, must-have 2+ years Auto and/or RV vendor/dealership experience
- Proven ability to manage a high-volume outbound sales cadence and close new business
- Comfortable conducting compelling demos and consultative sales calls via phone and video
- Experience or familiarity with CRM platforms; HubSpot a plus
- Excellent communication, time management, and self-motivation in a remote work environment
- Ability to travel up to 20% as needed
- Willingness to travel: 25% (Preferred)
- Remote (West Coast location preferred)
