[Remote] Founding Enterprise Account Executive

They are seeking a Founding Enterprise Account Executive to lead strategic sales efforts focused on large financial and enterprise accounts while helping to define the company's go-to-market strategy.
Responsibilities
- Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Build and self-source the majority of your pipeline through outbound, networking, partnerships, and creative prospecting
- Develop repeatable sales processes, messaging, and account strategies
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles involving technical, legal, procurement, and executive buyers
- Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and leadership to align customer feedback with company strategy
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management
- Help establish the foundation for a scalable enterprise sales organization
Skills
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience
- Experience selling at an early-stage or high-growth technology company
- Demonstrated success building and closing self-sourced enterprise opportunities
- Track record of selling complex technology solutions with multiple stakeholders
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building processes from the ground up
- Experience selling into financial services, fintech, payments, or other regulated industries
