[Remote] SLED | Technical SEO & Paid Platform Specialist

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Creo Collective is a growth marketing agency focused on B2B tech, expanding into the public sector. They are seeking a Technical SEO & Paid Platform Specialist to drive enrollment and awareness for government agencies and higher education institutions through technical SEO audits and paid search campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical SEO site audits and implement recommendations using tools such as Screaming Frog, SEMrush, or Ahrefs
• Manage and optimize paid search campaigns with enrollment or awareness goals across Google Ads and other platforms
• Track and report on KPIs tied to public-sector and higher-education outcomes
• Leverage analytics platforms (GA4, Looker Studio, Adobe Analytics) to generate actionable insights
• Maintain active Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications and apply platform best practices
• Collaborate with client teams to align digital performance strategy with campaign and organizational goals

Skills

• Technical SEO site audit experience using Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or equivalent tools
• Experience managing paid search campaigns with enrollment or awareness goals
• Familiarity with analytics platforms including GA4, Looker Studio, and Adobe Analytics
• Experience with KPI tracking tied to public-sector or higher-ed outcomes
• SLED or public-sector experience, or a genuine interest in navigating these environments
• Availability during working hours (9 a.m.-5 p.m. ET)
• Must maintain consistent visibility and responsiveness across email, internal communication tools (i.e. GChat), and client channels
• Transparent and honest communication with your entire Creo team regarding availability and accessibility
• Active Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certifications
