[Remote] Technician Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Technician Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team, where you will execute multi-channel programs focused on technician acquisition and support the technical recruiting team.
Responsibilities
- Program Development: create and launch new demand generation initiatives focused on technician acquisition and bench re-engagement
- Email Marketing: plan, build, and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive engagement across the funnel
- Digital Marketing: manage and optimize the efficient use of job boards and company review sites to drive brand awareness, improve acquisition, and identify skilled technicians aligned to client demand
- Communications: drive candidate communication programs, newsletters, spotlights, and related programs to build a loyal, long-term technician community
- Candidate Flow Optimization: collaboration with recruiting and marketing to streamline and optimize lead handoffs, scoring, and funnel progression
- Reporting & Analysis: own campaign reporting; analyze performance metrics; share insights to improve open rates, application rates, click-through rates, conversions, and pipeline impact
- Content: coordinate and work closely with team members to develop creative content for marketing initiatives
- Explore new channels to expand footprint and alignment with key technician segments including, but not limited to, sociations, career fairs, trade schools, etc
- All other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or similar discipline
- 4+ years of experience in service-driven demand generation, B2B and B2C marketing, or growth marketing roles
- Deep knowledge of email marketing, including list segmentation, deliverability, A/B testing, and reporting
- Hands-on experience with job boards and related candidate acquisition channels as well as review sites
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with back-end communication and reporting systems and tools (e.g., Bullhorn, Canvas, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.)
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a cross-functional mindset
- Bullhorn experience is highly preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial staffing, workforce solutions, or similar is a plus
