[Remote] Co-Founder & Head of Marketing (Go-to-Market) — Equity Based

They are seeking a growth-focused co-founder to lead go-to-market strategies and drive revenue through demand generation and sales systems.
Responsibilities
- Go-to-market strategy
- Demand generation and pipeline creation
- Founder-led sales and marketing systems
- Growth experiments that drive revenue
- Outbound, partnerships, and warm intro systems
- Messaging and positioning that gets meetings
- SEO inbound and outbound marketing
- Own and lead the strategy that lands our first major customers
Skills
- You have built B2B pipeline before
- You know how to turn conversations into revenue
- You understand how service businesses sell and close deals
- You think in pipeline, CAC, conversion, revenue, and speed — not vanity metrics
- You execute fast without needing perfect information
- You are comfortable with ambiguity, pressure, and early-stage chaos
- You want equity, ownership, and a seat at the table
- You care more about building than looking impressive
- Bonus if you are based in North America, especially the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC, Toronto, or another major tech/business hub
