[Remote] Regional Account Manager, Carolinas – GEM

They are seeking a Regional Account Manager for the Carolinas who will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans while effectively communicating complex scientific information to key stakeholders.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including 3 years of field-based experience in account management, sales, and/or field reimbursement
- Proven success in product launches, ideally with first-in-class therapies and in competitive markets
- Experience navigating complex rare disease patient journeys, including diagnosis, referral pathways, and access challenges
- Experience working in ambiguous environments requiring cross-specialty coordination for patient identification
- Ability to travel frequently (up to 70% overnight) and maintain a valid driver's license
- Understands and effectively communicates complex scientific information
