[Remote] Associate Content Marketing Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. EPAM Systems is seeking a motivated Associate Content Marketing Manager to join their dynamic Global Marketing team. This role involves developing client-centric thought leadership and strategic content that positions the brand as an industry leader, while collaborating with various teams to ensure content aligns with strategic goals and brand voice.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies that align with business objectives and drive engagement
• Craft compelling narratives by identifying and composing impactful stories tailored to specific audience personas
• Create and repurpose content across multiple formats and channels, including white papers, blogs, case studies, social media posts, and more
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including subject matter experts, marketing, and leadership — to gather insights and produce high-quality materials
• Edit and ghostwrite content to ensure a consistent tone, voice and quality across all deliverables
• Analyze content performance metrics and partner with the Global Marketing Team to iterate and optimize strategies for greater impact
• Contribute to the overall content strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, audience needs, and brand standards

Skills

• 5-8 years of experience creating thought leadership content, marketing materials, web copy, and social media posts for B2B audiences
• Proven ability to take a journalistic approach to storytelling, including interviewing subject matter experts and crafting engaging narratives
• Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills, with a strong command of AP Style
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and building trust-based, empathetic relationships with stakeholders
• A learning mindset with a passion for exploring new technologies and thriving in fast-paced, dynamic environments
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field preferred
• Familiarity with marketing technologies (e.g., AI tools, project management platforms) is a plus
