[Remote] Full Stack Engineer

This role involves identifying and solving technical challenges, building reusable components, and improving engineering efficiency while collaborating closely with leadership to deliver scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and continuously improve scalable software solutions
- Translate product concepts into technical deliverables that provide frequent, incremental customer value
- Build reusable components, frameworks, and tooling to support cross-team scalability and consistency
- Lead and participate in technical design sessions, architecture discussions, and implementation planning
- Influence engineering best practices through code reviews and mentorship
- Collaborate with product and business stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver solutions to complex needs
- Ensure all solutions align with future-state architecture and technical strategy
- Own the quality and technical deliverables for your team, ensuring production readiness
- Drive improvements in development lifecycle practices including CI/CD, testing, and observability
Skills
- 3 – 8 years of professional software development experience
- 3+ years of hands-on coding experience using C# (.NET Core) and/or JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong experience designing and delivering production-grade backend systems and APIs
- Experience building and maintaining distributed systems and microservices architectures
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, including build/release automation and quality gates
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
- Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes or Azure Container Services)
- Experience with event-driven architectures, messaging systems (Service Bus), and background processing
- Proficiency working with SQL Server and relational databases
- Experience with ORM frameworks such as Entity Framework, Dapper, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of engineering fundamentals including testing, code reviews, DevOps, telemetry, and monitoring
- Familiarity with observability tools such as Application Insights and querying tools like KQL
- Experience designing scalable, cloud-native systems and REST API
- Experience with Databricks or modern data platforms
- Exposure to polyglot data architectures (relational, key-value, graph, columnar)
- Experience working with serverless architectures
- Healthcare or enterprise-scale system experience
