Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cinter Career is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Recruitment Talent Sourcing Specialist to join their Talent Acquisition team. The role involves identifying, researching, and engaging potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline for various roles across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct targeted research to identify potential candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and sourcing strategies
- Screen candidate profiles to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit
- Manage candidate data and sourcing activities in Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Proactively engage passive candidates to generate interest and build relationships
- Monitor market trends and provide insights on talent availability and competitor activities
- Support employer branding initiatives by promoting the company’s values and culture to potential candidates
- Prepare regular reports on sourcing metrics and candidate pipelines
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related role
- Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify high-quality candidates
- Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Experience sourcing for technical or specialized roles is a plus
- Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment best practices
- Multilingual abilities or experience in a global recruiting environment
