[Remote] Business Professional (US) - Program Manager 2

The position involves content creation, campaign execution, and strategic collaboration to enhance marketing efforts within the Data Center and Service Provider segments.

Responsibilities

• Produce and edit high-quality, professional-grade content across various formats, including case studies, long-form articles, blog posts, social media updates, and email marketing copy
• Develop and deploy compelling copy for paid media advertisements to drive engagement and lead generation within the Data Center and Service Provider segments
• Partner closely with product marketing, sales, and demand generation teams to ensure content aligns with business objectives and product launches
• Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle, from initial research and stakeholder interviews to drafting, editing, and final publication
• Monitor content performance metrics to refine messaging and improve conversion rates across all channels

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
• Proven experience in B2B content marketing, specifically within the technology, networking, or data center industries
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with a portfolio that demonstrates the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
• Strong understanding of content distribution channels, including SEO/GEO best practices, social media strategy, and paid media principles
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities with minimal supervision
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and translating stakeholder feedback into refined content
• Self-starter mindset with a high level of attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines
