Role Responsibilities • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. • Assist in the preparation and organization of documents, reports, and presentations for executive meetings. • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration. • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials to facilitate decision-making processes. • Proactively manage and prioritize tasks to optimize executive productivity and efficiency. Skills and Experience: • Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role. • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in office software and communication tools. • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. • Resourceful problem-solver with the capacity to adapt to dynamic work environments.
