[Remote] Advanced Customer Support Technician - 2nd Shift

The Advanced Customer Support Technician will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical inquiries related to personal computers and related systems, as well as preparing help desk incident reports and assisting with hardware and software evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Screen, refer and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests as they relate to the maintenance of personal computers and related systems
- Prepare help desk incident reports
- Assist in hardware and software evaluation
- Respond to and diagnose problems and answer queries regarding computer hardware, software, printers, network and telecommunications systems
Skills
- Associate degree is required or equivalent relevant experience, plus a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
- U.S. citizenship is required
- Ability to provide training and technical assistance to users
- Ability to handle unexpected demands and adapt to new situations
