[Remote] Electrical Senior Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. ITP (International Talent Partnership) is a rapidly-growing electrical contractor seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial and mission-critical electrical projects. The role involves managing project teams, budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of assigned electrical construction projects
• Develop and manage project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting
• Create and maintain project schedules in coordination with field leadership
• Manage subcontractor relationships and procurement processes
• Lead project meetings and serve as primary point of contact for clients and general contractors
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure alignment between field and office operations
• Identify and address project risks, change orders, and contract modifications
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Mentor Project Managers and support staff as needed

Skills

• Proven experience managing large commercial and/or mission critical electrical projects
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, scheduling, and cost control
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
