[Remote] Business Development Director - Pharma (US)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. S3 Connected Health is a multi-disciplinary global team focused on improving healthcare through technology. They are seeking a Business Development Director for their expanding Pharma business, responsible for consultative sales and engaging senior stakeholders to drive strategic growth and develop scalable digital health solutions.
Responsibilities
- Nurture relationships and navigate organizations to identify and activate opportunities
- Lead consultative sales with Pharma clients
- Develop account plans to enable strategic growth
- Own pipeline, forecasting and revenue targets
- Lead commercial negotiations and deal closing
- Stay close to market trends and competitive landscape
Skills
- 8+ years' experience in consultative selling into Pharma (Commercial stakeholders)
- Experience supporting projects in areas such as Commercial Strategy, Market Access, Pricing, Medical Affairs, evidence generation, RWE, Digital Health, New Product Planning or related domains
- Demonstrated solid stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build credibility and influence at senior levels
- Proven track record in consultative / solution selling
- Ability to craft structured recommendations and win complex deals
- Experience in both winning new business and growing accounts
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy and ownership
- Strong communication skills — confident with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of the U.S. healthcare system and the U.S. Pharma
- A strong academic background in a relevant life science discipline (e.g., MSc, PhD, PharmD, MD)
- Experience in Digital Health
