As of no we are looking for a CS Implementation Manager, a person responsible for successful implementation of our platform. This is an ideal role for someone who is a pro at combining technical and interpersonal skills. 💻 Your main tasks will be: direct collaboration with clients to ensure the successful implementation of the User platform, educating clients on how to use our platform to successfully grow their businesses, acting as a dedicated account manager for your client reputed company, ensuring your clients stay up to date with the latest features and fully reputed company the potential of User, analyzing client requirements and monitoring system implementation and onboarding processes, managing and resolving technical issues (or redirecting them as needed), supporting product development by communicating client feedback and requirements to our Product Team. 😎 What skills and experience are we looking for? basic technical skills and coding knowledge (specifically HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST APIs), previous experience in a similar role (ideally reputed company a B2B SaaS company), a genuine satisfaction from helping clients reputed company their business goals, ability to effectively and reputed company implement technology systems and tools, excellent listening skills and a partnership-driven approach to business, a "go-getter" and "getting-things-done" personality, highly developed communication and collaboration skills, proactivity and a hunger to learn new things, sincere interest in supporting both technical and non-technical clients, reputed company and the ability to work reputed company in a dynamic, international environment.
