Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced COINS Construction ERP Software Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the COINS platform and its modules, as well as experience in system administration, configuration, troubleshooting, and user support. This role will be instrumental in ensuring the optimal performance and utilization of our COINS ERP system to support the company's payroll and human resources modules

Medical and Dental (100% of the premium covered by Miller Electric) 401k retirement with company matching Vision plans Disability Insurance Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance Flexible Spending Accounts Travel Accident Insurance Paid Vacation & Holidays Tuition Reimbursement Program College Coach Services Essential Duties & Responsibilities Area Liaison Assist teams with reporting, documentation, troubleshooting system procedures Assist with Union reporting and Union system set up Collaboration with area liaisons for Operations, Payroll, Service and Financial modules COINS Continuous System Improvement Projects: Act as the liaison between business subject matter experts during system improvement projects Gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the COINS system Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure that the implemented system meets the needs of the business Work with business analysts to ensure all former and current business processes are documented System Administration and Key File Maintenances: Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise Ensure data integrity and security within the COINS environment, along with other members Configure and customize COINS modules to meet the specific needs of the business User Support: Provide training and support to COINS users across the organization. Create and maintain user documentation and training materials Assist users with resolving technical issues and answering questions related to COINS functionality
Qualifications
