Job Title: Recruiter Job DescriptionThis is a temporary 4-6 week contract role available for a skilled recruiter. The position is fully remote, and the work schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities

Manage a requisition volume of 20-25 openings at any given time. Recruit for various skillsets including machine operators, warehouse associates, forklift operators, shipping personnel, customer service representatives, and scale operators. Conduct requisition intake meetings with hiring managers. Communicate effectively with both leadership and hiring managers. Source candidates using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, and the internal ATS. Screen and schedule candidates for onsite interviews. Essential SkillsExperience in recruiting and hiring. Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Full cycle recruiting experience. Prior experience handling 20+ requisitions simultaneously. Proven ability to quickly turn around requisitions with successful hires. Additional Skills & QualificationsIndustry experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, or Agency. Previous experience in recruiting for light industrial skillsets. Work EnvironmentThis role is 100% remote, with a standard work schedule of Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
