Your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Excel and MS Access Mastery: Utilize Microsoft Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and basic macros) and Microsoft Access (including queries, forms, and reports) to manage, manipulate, and present data effectively.
  • Operational Reporting: Generate routine and ad-hoc reports that summarize key data points, identify trends, and surface insights for internal stakeholders and client-facing teams.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with analysts, project managers, and other operations professionals to clarify data requirements, refine processes, and meet project deadlines.
  • Process Improvement Contributions: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows, reduce manual effort, and improve the overall quality of the data lifecycle.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain clear records of data processes, source documentation, and procedural guidelines to ensure consistency and audit-readiness.
  • Confidentiality and Data Governance: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and adhere to all internal data governance, security, and compliance policies.

To excel in this role, candidates should bring a combination of technical proficiency, operational experience, and a genuine passion for working with data. The following qualifications are required:

  • Prior Data Operations Experience: Demonstrated experience working on a data operations team or in a comparable data-centric role where accuracy, volume, and timeliness were key performance indicators.
