Role Overview – Remote Data Entry Specialist

In this role, you will serve as a trusted authority for travel‑management‑company (TMC) relationships, handling high‑volume data entry, pricing analysis, contract administration, and revenue tracking. Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for TMC accounts serving arenaflex’s corporate travel customers, delivering exceptional service and maintaining strong, long‑term relationships.
  • Enter, validate, and maintain high‑volume data related to travel bookings, pricing, contracts, and revenue streams with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct pricing analysis and negotiations for TMC contracts, leveraging market intelligence to maximize revenue and achieve target profit margins.
  • Collaborate with legal and risk teams to draft, review, and finalize contract terms that protect arenaflex’s interests while meeting client expectations.
  • Monitor revenue, limits, and contract performance to ensure alignment with financial goals, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with TMCs, focusing on delivering value‑added travel experiences for arenaflex’s corporate clientele.
  • Support sales and marketing initiatives by providing data‑driven insights, assisting with lead generation, and contributing to promotional campaigns.
  • Coordinate the onboarding of new TMC accounts, handling contract negotiations, pricing setup, and system configuration.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to inform strategic positioning and identify growth opportunities for arenaflex’s corporate travel segment.
  • Prepare and execute regional sales plans aligned with corporate revenue targets, ensuring arenaflex maintains a strong market presence.

Essential Qualifications
