What You’ll Do: Core Responsibilities

As a Junior Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in keeping our healthcare operations running smoothly. Every record you update, every detail you verify, and every task you complete will directly support the patients, providers, and communities we serve. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accurate Data Input: Enter and update patient profiles, prescription records, and operational data into our secure internal systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Data Integrity & Quality Control: Review entries for completeness, consistency, and correctness. Identify and flag any data discrepancies for resolution.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Handle all information in accordance with HIPAA regulations and arenaflex privacy standards. Maintain strict confidentiality of patient and organizational data.
  • Discrepancy Resolution Support: Assist senior team members in researching, verifying, and correcting data errors across multiple platforms.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with pharmacists, healthcare coordinators, and administrative staff to ensure data flows seamlessly across departments.
  • Customer Service Support: Respond to internal inquiries related to data records, prescription entries, and account updates with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process Documentation: Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute feedback to improve workflows.
  • Reporting Assistance: Generate simple reports and summaries as needed to support operational decision-making.
