Role Overview

This full‑time, 100 % remote position offers a dynamic blend of voice and non‑voice responsibilities. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, verify complex data sets, and complete enrichment tasks that are defined by our healthcare clients. Success in this role is measured by the accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of the data you produce, as well as your contribution to the ongoing quality‑control process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Voice Interaction: Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, ensuring each conversation adheres to arenaflex’s standards for tone, confidentiality, and efficiency.
  • Data Verification: Cross‑check information supplied by third‑party entities against online databases, state board records, and internal reference tools to confirm accuracy.
  • Enrichment Task Execution: Complete a variety of data enrichment assignments—including vendor resource verification, board certification checks, and status follow‑ups—according to client‑specified guidelines.
  • Quality Assurance: Participate actively in arenaflex’s quality‑control initiatives by flagging inconsistencies, suggesting process improvements, and adhering to rigorous audit protocols.
  • Timely Delivery: Meet daily and weekly productivity targets while maintaining a high level of precision, ensuring that client deadlines are consistently met.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with teammates, supervisors, and client contacts to resolve ambiguous cases, share best practices, and contribute to a supportive remote work environment.

Essential Qualifications

  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to work on both voice and non‑voice processes.
  • Prior experience in an inbound/outbound call‑center environment, inside sales, or a related customer‑service role is highly advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a clear, courteous, and professional demeanor.
  • Availability to work a full 40‑hour week and start immediately.
  • Adaptability to evolving processes, tools, and information requirements.
  • Self‑motivation and the ability to thrive both independently and as part of a collaborative remote team.
  • Reliable home‑office setup, including a stable high‑speed internet connection and a functional computer.
