Job Overview We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated customer service representatives to support our inbound customer service, sales representatives, help desk, and back-office processing representatives. As a remote customer service representative with blithequark, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most recognizable brands in the world, troubleshooting basic technical issues, building strong relationships with customers, and professionally representing blithequark. This is a full-time, work-from-home position that offers a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen to customers, understand their needs, and resolve customer issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Utilize systems and technology to complete account management tasks and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Recognize sales opportunities and apply sales skills to upgrade and promote products and services
  • Explain and position products and processes with customers, providing clear and concise information to address their queries and concerns
  • Appropriately escalate customer dissatisfaction with the managerial team, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing potential issues
  • Ensure first call resolution through problem-solving and effective call handling, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty

Candidate Qualifications To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualities:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
  • The ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words a minute)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Basic understanding of Windows operating system
  • Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
  • The ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
  • An aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
  • Must be customer service oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
  • Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong team orientation and customer focus
