Scrum Master (Remote - United States)
Job Location (Short) Atlanta, Georgia-USA | Hampton, Virginia-USA | Houston, Texas-USA | Madison, Alabama-USA Workplace Type Remote Business Unit ETQ Responsibilities The Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating ETQ's Agile Scrum processes reputed company our organization, ensuring the company can work collaboratively and reputed company to deliver high-quality solutions. Additionally, you will serve as a coach and mentor to reputed company – helping to foster a culture of reputed company improvement and ensuring that the team is meeting its objectives consistently.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospectives.
- Handle multiple Scrum teams with team members distributed across time zones.
- Guide and coach the team on agile Scrum principles and practices, ensuring that the team follows the Scrum reputed company and adheres to Agile principles.
- Coach Scrum teams on effective communication, having a cross-functional reputed company set, and self-organization.
- Promote reputed company improvement and Scrum maturity through retrospectives and feedback sessions.
- Facilitate effective cross-team collaboration and communication.
- Promote transparency around reputed company, status, and events.
- Identify and troubleshoot blockers or conflicts that impact the team's reputed company.
- Track metrics/KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality product on time.
- Communicate status, risks, and issues to stakeholders. Education / Qualifications
- B.S. Degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or reputed company discipline.
- Certification in Agile methodologies, like Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
- Ability to reputed company and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.
- Experience using Agile project management tools, such as Jira.
- Understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from understanding requirements and analysis to TDD, design, development, deployment, release, and support.
- Ability to handle multiple Scrum teams simultaneously and effectively on reputed company platform development.
- Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS based systems.
