Job Summary:

- Key Responsibilities:

- Candidate Screening & Interviews: Conduct initial phone interviews, assess candidates qualifications, and evaluate their fit for various roles.
- Job Posting & Candidate reputed company: Write compelling job descriptions, post open positions on various job boards, and reputed company out to potential candidates to gauge interest.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand the specific hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage Applicant Tracking Systems: Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidates, manage interview schedules, and update hiring reputed company.
- Offer Negotiation & Onboarding Support: Assist in the offer process and ensure a smooth transition from candidate selection to onboarding.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a reputed company field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in reputed company or Recruitment.
- Strong proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and social media recruitment tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to work independently in a remote work environment.
- Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or reputed company roles, ideally with a focus on remote recruitment.
- Experience in sourcing and hiring across various industries, including technology, healthcare, finance, or customer service, is a plus.
- Familiarity with U.S.-based labor laws and hiring practices.
- Working Hours:
- Full-time position.
- Flexible working hours, though availability during standard U.S. business hours (9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST) is preferred.
- Remote position with the ability to work from reputed company in the U.S.

- Knowledge of Recruiting Trends: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
