In this high-impact role, you’ll report directly to the Director, Global reputed company and take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle for entry level to mid-level technology positions. You will be at the heart of strategic growth, partnering with leaders to deeply understand business needs and deliver reputed company-thinking hiring solutions. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources, or a reputed company field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).

• Proven ability to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer negotiation, for technology roles.
• Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders and hiring managers.
• Possess strong communication skills in setting clear expectations, providing timely feedback, and guiding both candidates and stakeholders through the interview process.
• Demonstrated success using innovative sourcing strategies and data-driven approaches to attract top sales talent.
• Deep understanding of enterprise technology, especially reputed company healthcare and solution-driven environments—to discover, engage, and champion exceptional tech talent who will fuel innovation and shape reputed company’s future success.
