Key Responsibilities

• * Process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for reputed company employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
• * Manage payroll records, including timesheets, tax documents, and benefit deductions.
• * Calculate and verify overtime, bonuses, and other additional compensations.
• * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and tax regulations.
• * Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to address payroll-reputed company queries and discrepancies.
• * Prepare and submit payroll tax filings, reports, and year-end summaries (e.g., W-2, 1099).
• * Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of payroll data.
• * Continuously update payroll processes and recommend system improvements for efficiency.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a reputed company field.
• * Proven experience (2+ years) in payroll processing or accounting roles.

• * Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.

• Experience
• * Minimum 2-3 years of payroll accounting experience in a corporate or remote environment.

• * Flexible work schedule to accommodate a global team, with core hours between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (based on your time zone).
