Payroll Systems Manager

Job Description:

• Administer and optimize payroll platforms, including configuration, workflows, reputed company permissions, audits, reporting, and integrations.
• Process and reputed company multi-state U.S. payroll, including off-cycle payrolls, bonuses, commissions, garnishments, tax reporting, and year-end activities.
• Troubleshoot payroll system issues and coordinate with vendors to resolve technical and operational challenges.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve payroll accuracy, efficiency, compliance, and employee experience.

• Partner closely with HR, Finance, Benefits, and Legal teams to support compensation changes, leave programs, compliance requirements, and reporting needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field.
• 5–7+ years of payroll operations experience, including multi-state U.S. payroll processing.
• 3+ years of payroll systems administration and management experience.
• 3+ years of global payroll experience supporting multiple countries and regions.
• Experience administering payroll platforms such as Paycom, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar solutions.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience managing payroll audits, reporting, controls, and process documentation.
• Experience partnering with HR, Finance, Benefits, and Legal stakeholders.
• Strong systems troubleshooting, configuration, and process improvement skills.
• Experience working reputed company a consulting, professional services, or client-facing environment.
