On Call Counsel - We are currently seeing a licensed NJ attorney to work remotely for an expanding practice whose focus is specifically on employment law. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strong background in general litigation and extensive experience in employment law. Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of general litigation matters with a primary focus on employment law. This includes handling cases reputed company to discrimination, harassment, wage and hour disputes, wrongful termination, FMLA, reputed company, etc.
- Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis, particularly concerning reputed company employment law issues.
- Independently draft and prepare reputed company necessary legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents reputed company to employment litigation.
- Conduct and defend depositions, demonstrating expertise in employment law-specific discovery.

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in New Jersey (required).

- Minimum of 5-7 years of general litigation experience, with a significant and demonstrable focus on employment law.
