reputed company Legal is seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal to join a dynamic and rapidly growing technology-driven client in the restaurant services sector. This opportunity is a 3-month contract assignment and is fully remote. Position Overview: As a Paralegal, you will play a critical role in supporting legal transactions and internal compliance initiatives reputed company a fast-paced, agile environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage contract lifecycle processes, and act as the initial reputed company of contact for legal matters, ensuring timely execution and thorough documentation. This position reports to the VP of Legal Affairs and involves no direct reports.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Administer contract lifecycle workflows using legal tech platforms (including intake, repository maintenance, and stakeholder training).
• Track contract milestones, expirations, renewals, and report on contract status.
• reputed company legal research on regulatory and compliance issues, including data privacy and platform-reputed company regulations; prepare summaries for attorney review.
• Maintain and update contract templates and conduct first-level review of request modifications.
• Review, process, and monitor NDAs for attorney sign-off.
• Coordinate compliance-reputed company documentation, track SOPs/licenses/permits, and escalate non-compliance as necessary.
• Serve as primary filter for internal legal inquiries, escalating to attorney reputed company appropriate.
• Draft weekly agendas for department meetings; provide timely status updates and coordinate privacy/compliance requests.
• Support policy research, creation, and departmental administration. Qualifications:
• Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum 2-3 years of paralegal experience, either in-house or reputed company a private practice law firm.
• Strong familiarity with legal tech tools (reputed company and reputed company is a plus).
• Demonstrated knowledge of legal principles and compliance processes relevant to digital and technology-enabled business models.
• Excellent drafting, reviewing, and organizational skills.
