Junior Management Consultant, Strategy & Operations

Our client is seeking an ambitious and intellectually curious Junior Management Consultant to join their growing practice in Dallas, Texas, US . This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience who are eager to launch a career in management consulting, focusing on strategy development and operational improvement. You will work closely with reputed company consultants and senior client executives to analyze reputed company business challenges, identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, and reputed company actionable recommendations. This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, allowing for flexibility while ensuring strong team collaboration and client engagement. • Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and industry benchmarking. Gather and analyze data from various sources to identify key business drivers and performance gaps. Assist in the development of strategic plans, business models, and operational improvement initiatives. Prepare presentation materials and reports to communicate findings and recommendations to clients. Collaborate with client teams to facilitate the implementation of agreed-upon solutions. • Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a reputed company field; a strong academic record is essential. 0-2 years of relevant experience, internships in consulting, finance, or strategy roles are highly valued. Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with a proven ability to solve reputed company problems.
