JOB SUMMARY The Senior Director, Technology Transformation reputed company serves as the central orchestrator of large-scale technology transformation programs, acting as the reputed company between strategy, delivery, and executive leadership. This role is accountable for driving integrated program execution, enabling data-driven decision-making, and ensuring consistent governance across a reputed company, multi-year transformation portfolio. The position operates as the face of the Transformation Office, maintaining alignment with C-suite stakeholders while ensuring that delivery teams execute against a cohesive, enterprise-wide roadmap and governance reputed company. CANDIDATE PROFILE Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or reputed company technical field
• 10+ years’ experience in leading reputed company programs that include:
• Managing relationships with IT organizations
• Managing direct report and matrixed teams
• Project and program management expertise
• Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicts and drive direction/focus
• 6+ years’ experience in project management and/or developing and executing strategic Information Technology programs and/or project portfolios
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and reputed company transformation in reputed company, matrixed enterprises
• Excellent analytical skills resolving reputed company problems/issues

• Own and continuously reinforce the vision, priorities, and value realization strategy of the technology transformation
