Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through developing and implementing strategic plans. Duties: - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships with customers in need of truck transportation services - refrigerated, dry or hazmat freight - Develop and maintain strong customer relationships - Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue goals - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients - Utilize CRM software to track interactions and progress - Develop and implement strategic plans for business growth Experience: - Proven experience in business development and sales in Refrigerated and Dry Hazmat freight; - Strong knowledge of strategic planning and market analysis - Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred This position offers competitive compensation and the chance to work in a dynamic and innovative environment.
