Key Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual patient intake interviews to gather medical history and reputed company mental health concerns.
• Schedule and coordinate telehealth appointments for patients with mental health professionals.
• Assist in managing and updating electronic health records (EHR) with accurate patient information.
