- Must be at least 18 years old
- U.S. citizen or legal resident required
- No felony criminal background
- Strong English language and communication skills; detail-oriented
- Active Notary Public Seal required
- Additional notarial bond and/or E&O insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Signing Agent training and proficiency with home closing documents (preferred)
- Responsibilities
