Key Responsibilities

  • * Administrative Management Oversee day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and file management.
  • * Executive Support Provide personalized assistance to senior executives, managing their calendars, travel arrangements, and communications.
  • * Document Preparation Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • * Communication Coordination Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring smooth and timely communication.
  • * Project Management Assist in the planning and execution of company projects, including coordinating with team members and tracking progress.
  • * Expense Management Handle invoicing, budgeting, and financial tracking for the office and executive team.
  • * Human Resources Support Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees and managing employee records.
  • * Personal Tasks Manage personal tasks for executives, including appointments, reservations, and other errands.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Education Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • * Experience Minimum of 3 years in an administrative or personal assistant role, preferably in a remote setting.
  • * Technical Proficiency Strong knowledge of office management tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello).
  • * Communication Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • * Organizational Skills Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to multitask effectively.
  • * Time Management Proven ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • * Discretion and Confidentiality High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

  • * Remote Work Experience working in a remote environment, demonstrating the ability to self-manage and maintain productivity.
  • * Executive Assistance Prior experience in supporting executives or high-level management in a similar role.
  • * Project Management Experience in coordinating and managing projects from inception to completion.
