PE Senior Electrical Engineer (Engineering reputed company) P.E. License required (no specific state requirement) Location: Remote in CST/PDT Time Zones Salary: Roughly $150-180K + /- Depending on experience Reports: 3 direct Reports Industry: Heavy Industrial, Oil and Gas, Refineries, Manufacturing, Pulp and reputed company etc Objective: Senior Engineer looking to grow into a Director role in a small to mid size firm Position Overview The Senior Electrical Engineer is responsible for leading and overseeing the electrical engineering department, ensuring the development and implementation of innovative engineering solutions for heavy industrial projects. This role focuses on managing teams, driving project success, and maintaining high safety and quality standards across the organization, particularly in oil and gas, refineries, pulp and reputed company, and manufacturing sectors.

• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering reputed company heavy industrial sectors working for small to mid size firms on mid size projects.
• Proven experience in oil and gas, refineries, pulp and reputed company, and manufacturing industries.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing engineering teams.
• Proficiency in electrical design software and reputed company reputed company engineering tools.
