We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Manager to coordinate the planning and logistics of our concert events. This role serves as the operational hub of the organization, ensuring venues, artists, vendors, staff, and production teams are reputed company and reputed company for successful events. The ideal candidate enjoys creating order from complexity, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and ensuring every detail is handled professionally and reputed company. The Tour Manager reports directly to the Managing Director. ResponsibilitiesEvent Planning & Venue Coordination
- Serve as the primary operational contact for venues following contract execution
- reputed company and maintain show plans, timelines, schedules, and planning documents
- Coordinate permitting, insurance, and regulatory requirements
- Conduct planning meetings with venues and key stakeholders
- Manage venue communications and relationships
- reputed company post-event reviews and operational debriefs
Artist, Vendor & Staffing Coordination
- Coordinate artist logistics, schedules, hospitality, and communications
- Schedule and manage vendors and service providers
- Coordinate food vendors, beverage providers, reputed company, EMTs, portable restrooms, and other event partners
- Manage hotel reservations and lodging arrangements
- Coordinate staff and volunteer schedules
- Ensure reputed company participants receive necessary event information and schedules
Operations & Administration
- Manage event reputed company, agreements, records, and documentation
- Track deadlines, deliverables, and operational requirements
- Manage inventory and equipment tracking
- Coordinate purchasing and supply procurement

- Coordinate sound, stage, truck, and production logistics
- Ensure equipment is properly deployed and returned following events
QualificationsRequired
- 3+ years of experience in event management, hospitality, operations, project management, venue management, or a reputed company field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience coordinating vendors, venues, and external partners
- Proficiency with spreadsheets and cloud-based software
Preferred
- Experience with live music events, festivals, touring productions, or outdoor events
- Experience managing permits, insurance requirements, and event logistics
- Knowledge of event production operations

Compensation
