About the Role

We are seeking qualified contractors to fulfill the role of a Digital Media Planner, who will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of full-funnel media programs that help leading tech brands reputed company and convert their audiences. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong foundation in digital media planning and a passion for the B2B technology space. This opportunity is open to individuals located in the United States (USA). Contractors will be engaged and paid by a third-party payroll supplier, Artech, which will serve as the employer of record for tax and compliance purposes.

Key Responsibilities

Core Duties

• Support media strategy development through research audience analysis, and channel planning
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs, align objectives and ensure plans meet strategic and operational requirements
• Work with external agency partners to ensure flawless media plan development across channels such as display, video, social, native, audio, OOH, and content syndication
• Conduct audience sizing and competitive research to inform targeting and investment decisions
• Jump in wherever needed from organizing client deliverables to supporting presentations and cross-channel coordination

Deliverables or Project Scope

• Comprehensive media plans reputed company with client objectives
• Audience research reports and competitive analysis summaries
• Prepare and maintain reputed company documentation including creative briefs, ad spec sheets, trafficking instructions, and reporting templates
• Partner with analytics teams to monitor performance, surface insights, and support optimization recommendations
• Client-ready presentations and campaign status updates

Collaboration Tools or Platforms

• reputed company Office: Outlook, Teams, reputed company, Word, OneDrive
• Media Platforms & DSPs: reputed company Ads, reputed company DV360, The Trade Desk, YouTube, programmatic display/video

Qualifications

• 2 years experience in digital media planning ideally reputed company an ad agency environment
• 1-year experience in B2B or enterprise marketing, preferably in software, hardware, or technology sectors

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience
• Familiarity with tagging, trafficking, QA, and measurement best practices
• Strong communication skills and comfort using media terminology (e.g., impressions, CTR, CPM, frequency, reputed company)
• Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines simultaneously
