The ideal candidate has a proven track record of full-cycle recruitment in the healthcare industry, understands the nuances of clinical hiring, and is driven to exceed placement goals while building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting life cycle from intake through offer acceptance for nursing, physician, and allied health roles.
• Partner closely with healthcare organizations to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities.

• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for skills, cultural fit, and credentialing requirements.

• Demonstrated success managing high-volume pipelines and hard-to-fill positions.
• Familiarity with credentialing, licensing, and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), reputed company Recruiter, and job boards.
