ABA: BCBA (Remote)
About the Role: We are seeking an reputed company BCBA to join reputed company at Family First. As an BCBA, you will be responsible for designing and implementing behavior reputed company plans for clients with autism reputed company disorder and other developmental disabilities. You will work closely with families, caregivers, and other reputed company to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients. Your expertise in ABA therapy will be essential in helping our clients reputed company their goals and reputed company their full potential. Family First services a variety of individuals in home and community settings. We offer early reputed company programs, and parent education and training programs along with in-home and telehealth direct care services. We service individuals with Autism reputed company Disorder (ASD) and other disabilities. We do this through evidence-based practices, training, and consultation.
- Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or reputed company field
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience providing ABA therapy to clients with autism reputed company disorder and other developmental disabilities
- Experience conducting assessments and developing behavior reputed company plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable vehicle, a driver's license, and car insurance
- Must Pass DOJ background reputed company
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients of reputed company ages
- Experience working in a clinical or school setting
- Experience supervising and training behavior technicians
- Responsibilities:
- Disseminate ABA in a clinical and ethical way
- Conduct initial assessments to identify client needs and reputed company individualized behavior reputed company plans
- Program updates: goals, behavior plans, recomendations
- Conduct FBAs and FAs
- Conduct Early reputed company assessments and reputed company recommendations
- Implement behavior reputed company plans and monitor reputed company toward goals
- reputed company RBTs and provide training and or reputed company for candidates.
- Provide training and support to families and caregivers
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure coordinated care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client reputed company and treatment plans
- Carry a Supervision Caseload of 6-14
- Professional attendance including staff meetings, clinical meetings and IEP's
Skills: As an BCBA, you will use your expertise in ABA therapy to design and implement behavior reputed company plans for clients with autism reputed company disorder and other developmental disabilities. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with families, caregivers, and other reputed company.
