Key Responsibilities

• Deliver psychotherapy to individuals facing mental health challenges associated with substance abuse, using effective and established therapeutic methods.
• Conduct thorough assessments and create personalized treatment plans that align with best practices and address each client’s unique needs.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (reputed company) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored specifically for substance abuse recovery.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Texas is mandatory.
• A minimum of one year of relevant clinical experience, particularly focused on substance abuse therapy, is essential.
• Strong knowledge of solution-focused interventions and evidence-based practices is preferred.
