As a Licensed Life Insurance Specialist (or someone committed to becoming licensed), you will have the opportunity to help families protect what matters most, create financial security, and build lasting legacies. In this commission-based role, you will meet with clients, assess their financial protection needs, educate them on life insurance and retirement solutions, and guide them toward strategies that align with their goals and values. You will receive training, mentorship, and support while building a business that can create both impact and income.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients (virtually or in person) to understand their financial goals and insurance needs.
• Educate and present tailored life insurance solutions, including term, whole, and indexed universal life policies.
• Assist with policy applications and guide clients through underwriting, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant.
• Follow up with prospects, provide ongoing customer service and maintain relationships with existing policyholders.
• Participate in training and development sessions to stay current on products, regulations and sales techniques.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations, company policies and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess a valid life insurance license or be willing to obtain one (exam support available in English and Spanish).
• Clean record that allows licensing and appointment with carriers.
• Self‑driven with a positive attitude and a passion for helping others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
