[Remote] Collections Representative (KS)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. RemoteHunter is seeking full-time Collections Representatives to join a growing collections team focused on medical collections. The role involves contacting consumers with past due balances to assist them in resolving outstanding debts respectfully and professionally.
Responsibilities
- Contact consumers with past due balances to negotiate payment arrangements
- Assist consumers in resolving outstanding debt with dignity and respect
- Maintain reliability and adherence to a set schedule
- Engage with multiple consumers daily while demonstrating active listening and reputed company
- Transition to new financial services collections as the program expands
Skills
- Experience working with customers to resolve challenging situations
- Professional communication skills suited for conflict resolution
- Ability to self-manage remotely with consistent attendance, especially during training
- Private workspace and reliable, fast internet meeting organizational standards
- Medical or other reputed company collection experience is a plus but not required
