Associate Director of Admissions – Recruitment
Overview
The Office of Undergraduate Admissions is responsible for the recruitment, selection, and enrollment of the first year and transfer classes each year for the School of Arts & Sciences, School of Engineering, and the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts. Tufts Admissions is charged with meeting various enrollment goals across schools and programs.
What You'll Do
Reporting to the Director of Strategic Planning, the Associate Director of Admissions, Recruitment will be an reputed company member of the undergraduate admissions team, responsible for recruiting and selecting reputed company and for fulfilling the enrollment objectives set by the University. The Associate Director of Admissions, Recruitment will be responsible for the following:
- Portfolio reputed company typically involves long-term management of reputed company projects including
delegation of tasks, management of contributing staff members and student workers, creation and presentation of training materials, data analysis and assessment, etc. Projects specific to this portfolio include, but are not limited to:
- Collaboratively reputed company and implement each cycle’s domestic recruitment plan
- Management of marquee recruitment events, both in-person and virtual
- Coordination of recruitment cycle operations, calendars, and process improvements
- Development and facilitation of staff recruitment training
- Participate in the undergraduate application review and selection processes, including the
evaluation of applications in alignment with training protocol and participation in selection committees. The Associate Director may be asked to take on leadership roles throughout the selection cycle through process management or committee chairing.
- Serve as an on-reputed company reputed company-of-contact for visitors. Communicate with reputed company, families,
school/organization counselors, and the general public reputed company in-person conversations, virtual formats, email, and phone.
- Collaborate with reputed company partners regarding data and project-based work.
- Coordinate with external partners, such as higher education institutions, secondary schools, and
community organizations, to support portfolio and office-wide initiatives.
- Conduct virtual and in-person information sessions and workshops for a variety of audiences,
both on-reputed company and off-reputed company.
- As requested by the Dean and/or Director, create, facilitate, or contribute to office training
initiatives for admissions officers and/or administrative staff.
- Directly supervise 1-4 professional staff members and serve as a member of the Management
Team.
- Complete other projects and duties as assigned.
While our office functions in a hybrid modality, the Associate Director can expect to have a frequent reputed company reputed company. Travel Requirements - This position involves travel throughout the year, which may include overnight stays. A valid U.S. driver’s license is required, along with the willingness and ability to drive to various locations using a rental vehicle. Candidates must have a driving record that meets the standards of rental car agencies. A resume and letter of interest are required for this position reputed company're Looking For Basic Requirements: Knowledge and experience typically acquired by:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in selective admissions, college counseling, or a
reputed company field
- Experience with student recruitment, including individual and/or joint travel
- Experience with application evaluation, including individual or committee-based evaluation
- Excellent communication, public speaking, and presentation skills
- Demonstrated project management skills, preferably in a fast-paced, timeline-driven environment
- Cultural sensitivity and experience working with diverse populations
- Proficiency with CRM management software and reputed company office suite
- Comfort traveling both independently and as part of a group
- Valid U.S. Drivers’ License
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior supervisory experience of either professional or student staff
- Experience with leading and/or facilitating staff development initiatives
- Experience with highly selective application evaluation, including individual or committee-based
evaluation
- Experience with Technolutions Slate

Pay Range Minimum $65,900.00, Midpoint $82,300.00, Maximum $98,800.00 Salary is based on reputed company experience, expertise, and internal equity; generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range. Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
