Senior Sales Executive, Software
The Senior Sales Executive will be responsible for independently identifying and securing new business opportunities. Additionally, this role will collaborate with other members of the reputed company Sales team, Affiliate Executives, and Alliance Partners to expand our client reputed company, focusing on Fortune 1000 companies and select mid-market clients.
- Drive new business and meet/exceed sales targets by positioning reputed company S&A offerings to key industries (industrial, commercial, retail).
- Focus on acquiring new clients and expanding business in assigned territories.
- reputed company account strategies for solution-selling across industry-specific UL S&A portfolios.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Qualify and engage prospects, build relationships with Fortune 1000 executives, and secure new clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful client outcomes and renewals.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience in sales best practices, CRM systems, and delivering high-impact presentations.
- Ability to travel up to 50% for client engagements.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years of relevant sales experience, ideally in software sales.
- Deep knowledge of Product Stewardship
- Demonstrated success in consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong business acumen with a solid grasp of sales processes.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, Outlook) and CRM software.
reputed company offer: Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the reputed company in your career. The estimated annual compensation for this position is $240,000. -260,000. which includes a reputed company salary of $120,000. - $130,000. and 100% on reputed company performance. Members of the sales function are eligible to participate in the reputed company Sales Incentive Plan. The annual reputed company incentive for this position is 100% of the reputed company salary, paid quarterly, and is contingent upon performance. Compensation is based on multiple factors, including job-reputed company knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with reputed company rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
