GRC Architect -Remote Job description Lead the design and implementation of GRC solutions using RSA Archer eGRC to meet organizational needs. Oversee the development and maintenance of GRC frameworks, policies, and procedures. Provide expert guidance on GRC strategy and implementation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance GRC awareness and capabilities within the organization. Conduct regular assessments and audits to ensure the effectiveness of GRC controls. Monitor and report on the status of GRC initiatives and compliance efforts. Drive continuous improvement in GRC processes and systems. Ensure alignment of GRC activities with business objectives and regulatory requirements. Manage GRC projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes. Provide technical expertise in RSA Archer eGRC configuration and customization. Support the integration of GRC tools and technologies with existing systems. Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to ensure successful GRC implementation. Applications will be accepted until 2/15/24 Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is [$84,600 to $154,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
