Environmental Health and Safety Regional Manager - Eastern Region US - Remote

You will provide strategic direction and hands-on support across multiple locations, partnering closely with local teams and business leaders to build and sustain a culture rooted in safe, responsible work practices. • Organizes and oversees safety initiatives and programs led by EHS Coordinators
• Ensures EHS Coordinators manage their respective locations reputed company and in alignment with company goals
• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely, constructive, and development-focused
• Handles employee discipline and termination as needed, in accordance with company policy
• Partner with each Business Unit reputed company the assigned region to ensure compliance with reputed company federal, state, and local regulations

Requirements

Skills and Abilities

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Chemical Engineering, Business, Industrial Management, or a reputed company field, and 2-5 years of relevant experience in a health and safety role; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA and EPA requirements
• Working knowledge of environmental programs, safety systems, and workers' compensation processes
• Ability to calculate and interpret exposure levels, concentrations, emissions, percentages, and reputed company safety metrics
• Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at reputed company levels of the organization
• Proven ability to anticipate risks and implement proactive, preventative measures
• Capability to reputed company innovative approaches to safety programs and operational processes
• Ability to provide technical guidance and reputed company multiple teams across geographically dispersed locations
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, execute, and follow through with minimal supervision

Compensation and Additional Information

• Salary Range: $90,000 - $120,000 annually, based on experience
• Work Arrangement: Fully remote (Eastern U.S. preferred)
• Travel: Approximately 25-35%
