Part-Time Marketing & Communications CoordinatorRemote | Part-TimeWe are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creative Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support two growing organizations: Invest Nest (a statewide student entrepreneurship competition) and Davies + Allen (a professional accounting firm).This is a remote, part-time position ideal for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, creating content, improving systems, and working independently while supporting leadership teams.Position OverviewThis role supports marketing tasks, communications, and content coordination across two organizations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, tech-comfortable, and able to manage timelines across multiple initiatives without heavy supervision.Invest Nest ResponsibilitiesSocial Media & Content CoordinationAssist in organizing and scheduling social media contentCoordinate with videographer to manage content workflowTrack student media release forms for social postingMaintain organized content calendarSchool & District CommunicationsSupport communication with school districts and adult leadersEnsure students complete required website registrationTrack participation and registration complianceEmail MarketingAssist with newsletter drafting and formattingSupport email list cleanup and database organizationMaintain email contact accuracyProgram Support & OrganizationMaintain organized documentation for student participationSupport coordination leading up to competition rounds and state eventDavies + Allen ResponsibilitiesSocial Media ManagementAssist in creating and scheduling social contentHelp maintain consistent posting scheduleSupport educational content initiativesWebsite SupportAssist in building FAQ pagesSupport content updates to improve clarity and searchabilityCoordinate with web developer as neededTestimonials & Brand PositioningHelp organize and publish client testimonialsSupport content that strengthens online credibility and authorityQualificationsCurrent student in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or BA in Marketing or similar experienceExperience in social media management and content coordinationFamiliarity with email marketing platformsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to manage deadlines independentlyClear and professional written communication skillsBonus:Experience coordinating with videographers or creative teamsPosition DetailsRemote positionPart-time (approx. 15 hours per week)Flexible schedule with required deadline accountabilityReports to leadership teamWho This Role Is Ideal ForThis position is perfect for someone who:Enjoys bringing structure and organization to growing programsLikes both creative and technical marketing tasksWants meaningful work supporting entrepreneurship and professional servicesThrives in a self-directed remote environment Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
